Surrey County Council Example

In the summer of 2010, in the depth of the recession, we were contracted by Surrey County Council to train Lean Facilitators. We have developed a very close working relationship which has helped achieve a return on their investment that has exceeded all expectations. In parallel there has been a marked culture shift in all the areas targeted for lean intervention. As a direct result of these successes, the initial contract to train two Lean facilitators has been extended to four.
