Ross International first began implementing Lean within the electronics manufacturing sector. Over the years we have refined our techniques and expanded our application of Lean to cover all types of manufacturing, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and logistics organisations.

In early 2000 we conducted a successful pilot event for the Scottish Government and are now using Lean to help local authorities throughout the UK. In 2006 we introduced Lean to the NHS in Scotland and have since trained people from several health boards.  

We work with all sizes of organisations and have facilitated events all over the UK, in mainland Europe, the United Arab Emirates, the USA and China.
