Our main focus is on helping organisations train facilitators to become self-sufficient in running Kaizen Blitz/Rapid Improvement Events. We have developed an accredited Lean facilitator training programme to transfer our knowledge and skills to your people. By encouraging the spread of continuous improvement practices we hope to increase the efficiency, productivity, working conditions and customer satisfaction in all sectors of the UK economy.

For some organisations, Lean facilitator training is not appropriate. In these cases we will facilitate complete events for you using the Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Event model. The savings from these events are guaranteed to exceed our fees.  We also have an accredited Lean Green Belt training programme for those who would like a much deeper understanding of Lean Principles.
