Strategic Lean Leadership

Our latest offering, in collaboration with ibp academy, is aimed at individuals who seek to develop themselves as Lean Leaders within their organisations. This level 7 Strategic Leadership (Lean Leadership) through Executive Coaching is a stand alone product but could be combined with a further 60 credits from Edinburgh Napier University to attain a PG Dip (see diagram 2 below left).

As well as training people to become Rapid Improvement Event Facilitators we can also accredit your prior learning as an alternative way to attain the ILM Certificate in Leading Rapid Improvement.

Thanks to Edinburgh Napier University's flexibly-managed programme it is now possible for individuals with both the ILM Certificate in Leading Rapid Improvement and the ILM level 7 in Strategic Leadership to be accepted directly into the Edinburgh Napier MSc in Leading Rapid Improvement (see diagram 3 above right).
