Stuart Ross (MD)

Stuart has decades of experience working in continuous improvement. He  came across ‘Lean’ in the mid 90s and spent several years studying the principles in the UK, Japan and America where he absorbed knowledge from experts in the field. Stuart identified a way of combining the Lean principles with his existing passion for fully involving the people in organisations. In the summer of 1998 he formed Ross International to introduce this new approach.
