Introduction

Ross International is a team of Edinburgh based Resultants. We specialise in fully involving your people to apply Lean principles to overcome specific business challenges and generate rapid, sustainable results.

Wherever there are people working in processes there is waste and blockages to flow. Our experience has shown that the best ideas for making the workplace more productive will come from within. Ideas generated by individuals working in that area everyday who understand the challenges and the frustrations.

We first of all create an environment where your people will want to make things happen. We then provide training in improvement principles/techniques and a structured programme to allow them the opportunity to design and implement changes that they believe will work.

Our focus

Our major focus is on training some key people in your organization to become Kaizen Blitz/Rapid Improvement Event Facilitators. We have developed a comprehensive facilitator training programme to transfer our knowledge and skills. Our aim is to make you self sufficient in running improvement events and encourage continuous improvement in all departments.

For some, facilitator training is not appropriate. In these cases we are happy to facilitate complete events for you with outcomes guaranteed to exceed any expenditure. We also have accredited Lean Green Belt and Lean Black Belt training programmes for those that want a much deeper understanding of Lean Principles.
