Lean Green Belt Course

Overview

Our Lean Green Belt course is aimed at people who are in a position to make changes in their workplace. We train and coach participants in Lean principles and practice – that is, the ways in which they can make their environment more productive, more efficient and less wasteful.

This course is a good starting point for organisations that are new to the Lean concept. We believe it is important that you invest initially at a level where you will see significant returns quickly. Hopefully the results will encourage you to go further.

Delivery

The course structure combines 6 days of classroom sessions, practical coaching in the workplace and 2 assignments. Assessment criteria is based on the achievement of key results. This ensures there is a direct link between learning, development activities and fast results.

The Lean Green Belt programme provides a sound understanding of Lean principles and practices. Following a short series of intensive workshops, participants complete a piece of work aimed at enhancing some aspect of their workplace, with an action plan based on Lean principles.

Achievement

By the end of the Lean Green Belt programme, successful participants will be able to implement lean principles and practices within their environments by facilitating small teams on a range of small to medium sized projects.

Our Lean Green Belt course is accredited by the Institute of Leadership & Management.
