The Lean Enterprise Academy

The Lean Enterprise Academy (LEA) is a non-profit academy based in the UK. It is a core member of the Lean Global Network established by the Lean Enterprise Institute (LEI) in the USA. The LEA was founded by Professor Daniel T Jones, author of 'The Machine that changed the World and 'Lean Thinking.' Ross International has close links with LEA for the supply of training and resource materials.

Qualtity Scotland Foundation

We have a long association with QSF and on helping them to bring rapid improvements in business excellence to their clients. We run public and in-house training courses for QSF as required.

Competitive Scotland

CompetitiveScotland is a networking organisation dedicated to facilitating companies operating in Scotland who are actively seeking to become more competitive through business improvements. It provides a forum for the exchange of ideas and knowledge and is actively involved in providing consultancy services on strategy to Scottish companies and providing Lean consultancy through organisations like Ross International.

The Scottish Executive Open Scotland publication

Open Promoting Excellence and go to page 25. With the assistance from QSF the Scottish Executive published the Open Scotland document. The document covers a wide range of improvement tools and methodologies, one of which is the Kaizen Blitz. P52 gives the Scottish Executive Central Crown Office case study and P62 tells the Aberdeenshire Council Personnel Support Team Kaizen Blitz story.

The Institute of Leadership and Management

ILM provides distinctive and innovative services to support all individuals and organisations in building their capability in leadership and management, through membership, qualifications, awards and representation. All Ross International Lean 'Belt' programmes are endorsed by ILM.

National Training Awards

The National Training Awards (NTA) are the UK's premier accolade for organisations and individuals that have achieved lasting excellence through training. NTA winners are exemplars of training and development in the UK. Ross International won an NTA award in 2001 and a Scottish Training award in 2005.
